New to Celtic Cross?
We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Celtic Cross Church a great one!
WHAT TO EXPECT?
A community of friendly faces, coming together to find healing and hope in Christ. Our goal is to help you feel like you are coming home every Sunday morning. Each service has greeters who are excited to help show you around and answer any questions you may have. There is a visitor's booth set up as soon as you walk in with a friendly volunteer ready to help you to get to know us better.
WHAT ARE THE SERVICES LIKE?
In total, a Celtic Cross service is about 60 minutes in length. Both of our services will feature worship in song with song lyrics are projected onto the screen so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, one of our Pastors will share a thoughtful and practical message about Jesus. Our worship services strive to provide an authentic picture of heaven on earth, with the congregation rejoicing as one body in God's great love for us.
9:30 am Traditional Service is a classic worship service featuring hymns and music from our organ, piano, and choir.
11:00 am Modern Service is a vibrant, uplifting worship service led by the Praise Team. Music features contemporary christian songs thoughtfully chosen to lead you in worship. The modern service offers elements of the "Big Church" feel in an intimate setting.
WHAT DO YOU OFFER FOR KIDS?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and at Celtic Cross, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our Celtic Cross Kids program the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the Celtic Cross Kids experience. Kids ministry is offered at the 11 am service for kids ages infant through Grade 8.
At our 9:30am service we invite all ages to come and enjoy a traditional worship experience as a family.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Whatever makes you comfortable. We’re not concerned about what’s going on the outside. The normal dress of our typical attendees ranges from very casual jeans and shorts to traditional suits and dresses.
